Attendees will be introduced to the lean journey of HME starting in 2003. Hear about the ups and downs and challenges faced, and challenges yet to come. This tour provides a rare opportunity to see inside the brand new 148,000 sq. ft. facility that now headquarters HME, and its subsidiaries HSC and Clear-Com. See examples of kanban/supermarket,  just in time material management and planning, changeover reduction, gemba, idea boards, single piece flow and manufacturing work cell design, 7S and lean administration.
