This tour will cover Lockheed Martin Aeronautics Fort Worth facility which is located on 680 acres, with 155 buildings and 7.7 million square feet. The site is famous for the mile-long main manufacturing building and is the location for combat aircraft programs – F-35, F-22, F-16. See how the Lockheed Martin team is using tools such as PDCA problem solving and lean material flow to help make the transition from low rate to full production.
