Overview

Discover how coaches can help to develop and mature leadership skills by developing tools to improve business management, strategies to accomplish major initiatives and techniques for employee development. One key aspect is the establishment of an operating rhythm which provides systematic, predictable opportunities for leaders to engage their teams. Learn how each interaction is an opportunity for leaders to understand how their behavior affects the business outcome and performance of their teams. Leaders are responsible for creating an environment of accountability and involving the people closest to the work - from finding solutions to improving the process. Most importantly, this interaction reinforces the responsibility of the leader to demonstrate the appropriate response to the situation, i.e. good or bad performance and behaviors.
