Kent Richards is director of Siemens Performance system. He has 30+ years of manufacturing management experience and for the past 10 years, he had led the CI efforts at the Siemens Healthineers manufacturing site in Walpole, MA. He also supports the other manufacturing and logistics sites within the health care division. Richards trained in lean while working for Coach Leatherware in partnership with the Toyota Supplier Support Center. His background includes lean transformations, one-piece flow, business process improvement, people engagement and lean strategy development.
Gerry McNamee has 25 years of manufacturing experience in both high and low volume industries, most recently heading the business excellence program in Siemens Swords facility in Ireland, part of Siemens Healthineers. McNamee is a lean six sigma trained engineer and has implemented multiple successful projects in all areas of supply chain from production and logistics to quality and finance.
Shaun Knights is senior business excellence manager at Siemens Healthineers. He has held various roles in manufacturing, quality and operational excellence. Knights holds an MSc in automotive engineering design, manufacture and management and is a certified lean six sigma master black belt from the British Quality Foundation. He is a qualified assessor for the EFQM award (European Foundation for Quality Management).
