Presenters: Tim Van Mieghem / Kathy Wishnew

Tim Van Mieghem has helped middle market companies improve operations for 27 years, with experience in manufacturing, sourcing, logistics, inventory management and related operational areas. Prior to forming The ProAction Group, he worked in operational consulting at Arthur Andersen and a boutique supply chain consulting firm. Van Mieghem is author of Implementing Supplier Partnerships and numerous articles on sourcing and logistics. He also serves on several boards. He has a BS degree in accounting from Marquette University and is a certified public accountant.  

Prior to ProAction, Kathy Wishnew worked 26 years in a corporate environment in general management, process improvement, six sigma black belt, lean driver, program management office and quality roles for Jarden Corporation, Panduit Corp and the Department of Defense. She holds a bachelor’s degree in industrial systems engineering from The Ohio State University where she was inducted in to the Alpha Pi Mu Industrial Engineering Honor Society. Wishnew is a certified six sigma black belt, ASQ quality engineer, lean leader, Red X problem-solver and holds numerous Franklin Covey facilitator   certifications.
