After 22 years and 15 expansions/remodels at its original location, Lexus Plano relocated to a new, modern facility in a more accessible location in 2013. The new facility has 171,000 square feet of air-conditioned space with multiple upscale client lounges, a climate-controlled vehicle delivery area, an expanded service drive, 124 service bays and a state-of-the-art workout facility with locker rooms for members. Specialized facilities include luxurious showrooms, climate-controlled service shops with specialized tools, integrated Sales Experience Manager (SEM) and Assistant Service Manager (ASM) offices, and parts areas with multistory warehouses that include tire carousels and boutiques. Its client lounges offer café-style beverage areas, iPads, televisions, wi-fi, business centers and a children’s lounge. On this tour, attendees will also see the PIT Stop area where the company conducts weekly performance improvement meetings.
