Diem Lewis is the director of lean strategies & operational excellence at HME. In her role, she partners with organizational leaders to implement lean practices, execute key strategies and achieve operational excellence with a people-centric focus. Lewis holds a master's degree in organizational management and is certified as a senior professional in human resources (SPHR), is a professional in learning and performance (CPLP) and holds a Six Sigma Green Belt (CSSGB).
