How to download the conference app
Downloading the app is simple and a great way to enhance your in-person conference experience. Follow these easy steps:
- Click the buttons below, or go to your Google Play Store or Apple App Store and search Cvent Events.
- Open the app and search AME St. Louis 2025, and then click download. The event will open automatically.
- To log in, simply enter your first and last name and the email you used to register for the conference. AME will send a verification code to that email or a text if you provided your mobile number during conference registration. All you have to do is check your inbox or messages and enter the code.
In the app home page, you will be able to:
- Learn more about and connect with distinguished sponsors, exhibitors, speakers and attendees.
- Find your way around the conference by viewing floor plans, building your schedule, reading FAQs or asking questions in the AskME discussion.
- Discover the lineup of keynote speakers.
In the menu at the bottom, you can:
- Click on the calendar to see and build your personal schedule. Add sessions or networking events to your schedule and enroll in a workshop or tour.
- Click on the exhibitor icon to browse sponsors and exhibitors and learn where to visit their booths.
- Click on the three lines to view important venue information and details about the city of St. Louis.
- Click on your icon to create your event profile.
How to turn on notifications
The app will also keep you up to date by sending you notifications with important announcements. To turn on notifications, follow these steps after downloading the app:
- Open your device's settings (Settings app on your phone or tablet).
- Click Apps or find your list of apps and select Cvent Events.
- Click Notifications and toggle on Allow Notifications or ensure notifications are enabled.

Apple users: iOS 14 and higher
Android users: Android 10 and higher
Access to AttendeeHub online will be available after the confernece. If you are unable to log in to the app, please email appsupport@ame.org.
