Overview

Join AME St. Louis Consortium and Duke Manufacturing for a virtual live in the gemba tour of a recently built flow cell. When Duke converted a 110,000 square foot underutilized storage facility, they began with a blank canvas. Discover the creation and completion of the lean cell, which includes welding stations, assembly, final assembly, and 20 workstations. Employees will discuss their engagement and work experience in the newly built cell.
