Charlie Young is a training and development specialist with 36 years of various job experience ranging from process to packaging at McKee Foods. He is currently helping develop team lead trainers.

Josh Stoll has been with McKee Foods for 17 years. While at McKee, Stoll has been a wafer oven operator, mixer operator and is currently the mixing team leader trainer. He is leading the way in developing an audit system for standard work. Josh has pioneered the use of TWI job instruction for the mixing area and created various job instruction breakdowns and SOPs.

Joel Young's 11-year job experience at McKee Foods ranges from packaging to process. He is currently the team lead trainer for the Nutty Bar process area. Young has created various job instruction breakdowns and SOPs for the process area. He has pioneered the use of TWI job instruction for his work area and is leading the way in developing an audit system for standard work.
