Michelle Weber is plant manager of Minerals Technologies Health and Beauty Solutions facility. She has 22+ years of operations, laboratory and quality management experience, specializing in cosmetic, OTC drug, and Rx skin care manufacturing. Under her leadership, Health and Beauty Solutions received the 2016 and 2017 MTI Operational Excellence Chairman’s Award, an annual recognition given to the facility/department with the most significant lean progress. Weber is a member of the company's operational excellence facilitation team (OEFT), a cross-functional, global team that assists with training, auditing and other support mechanisms for the OE journey.

Abbie Mouton is quality control manager of the Minerals Technologies Health and Beauty Solutions facility. With 15 years of quality control experience, she currently directs all employees on good manufacturing practices from receipt of raw materials to order shipment. She has led her quality team to be proficient in analytical execution and review, as well as operational excellence activities. She also worked to engage her team to win the MTI OE Operational Excellence Achievement Award for two consecutive years.  In 2017, Mouton published "Getting Your Team Motivated" in AME's Target Online.
