How coaching empowers every voice to solve problems
OVERVIEW
In a high-performance culture, leadership is less about "directing" and more about "connecting." Join Krystal Nelligan to explore how a structured coaching system can transform the relationship between leaders and their teams. By moving beyond traditional management, coaching allows leaders to engage their workforce, help individuals realize their full potential, and align personal goals with the broader company strategy.

This session will demonstrate how a robust coaching system fosters foundational values such as respect for the individual, collaboration, and deep understanding. Attendees will see how specific coaching tools can be used to ensure every team member has a voice in solving problems, creating a culture where people feel truly seen, heard, and empowered to succeed.
