Presentation

Diagnosing your continuous improvement culture

OVERVIEW
Many organizations embrace the belief that “better has no end,” yet struggle to translate continuous improvement theory into daily practice. At KaiNexus, progress is most achievable when improvement efforts are viewed through a simple three-part lens: People, Processes and Technology.

In this session, the presenter shares lessons learned from applying this approach in practice, highlighting both successes and failures. Participants will explore how to build a consistent improvement cycle across departments, recognize different types of waste and use digital tools to gain visibility into real-world impact.

Attendees will leave with an actionable roadmap for getting started, focused on small, attainable goals and the mindset shifts needed to build a resilient, continuously improving system.
Key Learning Objectives
1. Understand the People-Process-Technology framework through our experiences at KaiNexus.

2. Apply this framework to diagnose current improvement efforts at their own organizations.

3. Apply a consistent, repeatable improvement cycle across diverse departments.

4. Identify and categorize different types of waste within their own real-world workflows.

5. Leverage digital tools to gain real-time visibility into improvement activity and organizational impact.
