OVERVIEW
Layered Process Audits (LPAs) are one of the most effective tools for sustaining process discipline, improving quality and strengthening accountability across all levels of an organization. This session will explore how LPAs go beyond simple compliance checks to become a key driver of culture change when implemented with purpose and consistency.

Drawing on real-world experience from aerospace manufacturing, the CDI team will walk through the fundamentals of building an effective LPA system: selecting meaningful questions, establishing audit layers, engaging leadership and driving follow-up actions that lead to measurable improvement. The discussion will also cover common pitfalls, practical tips for maintaining momentum and strategies for integrating LPAs into a broader continuous improvement framework.
