OVERVIEW
This session explores how Medtronic’s quality function is deploying Leader Standard Work (LSW) to make daily management real. Marsha Cordio will share how she partnered with leaders to define how they wanted to show up, set clear priorities and build LSW practices around those commitments. The session will highlight how LSW was customized for the quality function, describe the approach used to roll it out across tiers and regions and demonstrate how tier management rhythms link daily work to results. Attendees will gain practical insights on adoption, measurement and sustaining habits globally in a complex organization.

Cordio holds an M.S. in biomedical engineering from Boston University and a B.S. in biomedical engineering from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute. She is recognized as an expert in facilitation and collaborative leadership. She enjoys coaching teams and partnering with executive management to achieve outstanding results.
