Tours

The tour will guide participants through a showcase of the products manufactured at the facility, followed by a walk along the main aisle of the manufacturing shop floor. Participants will observe the production of PET systems, CT systems and collimators.

Attendees will also see visual management in action, including escalation andons, daily management and value stream mapping, along with other tools that support performance and continuous improvement.
