• Individual reservations require a credit card guarantee. Guests must modify or cancel reservations no later than 72 hours prior to arrival to avoid a penalty charge of one night’s room and tax.
• Cut off date: Friday, October 4, 2024; Reservation requests received after the cutoff date may not be eligible for the AME group rate.
• If you book before Friday, October 4, the AME group rate applies to pre- and post-conference dates (based on availability) so you can extend your stay and explore all that Atlanta has to offer!
• The Atlanta Marriott Marquis is a smoke-free property.
• Check-in time is 4 p.m. and check-out time is 11 a.m.

Transportation
Hartsfield-Jackson Atlanta International Airport (ATL) is located 12 miles south of the Atlanta Marriott Marquis. Limousine service, car rentals, airport shuttles, taxis, Ubers and Lyfts are available at the airport. MARTA trains are also connected to the Atlanta Hartsfield-Jackson International Airport next to baggage claim. Trains depart frequently and deliver visitors to downtown Atlanta in only 15 minutes. The hotel has an indoor connection to Peachtree Center MARTA Station.
Health and safety
All participants at the AME 2024 International Conference are required to comply with applicable health-related policies in effect at the conference venue contracted by AME in relation to the conference. Additionally, AME recommends that all participants comply with travel guidelines issued by the CDC when traveling to Atlanta. AME will follow the CDC guidelines for the state of Georgia as well as the guidelines in effect at the time of the conference for the Atlanta Marriott Marquis.
