Developing impactful games and simulations
Cementing learning through tailored hands-on exercises

OVERVIEW
This workshop affords participants a sandbox to conceive and develop bespoke exercises to complement any learning program. Participants can take these games (and others) back to provide critical hands-on experience to their own organizations that target specific topics, roles, skills or audiences. Practice and hands-on experience can take difficult skills and challenging topics and make them more easily adoptable.
Key Learning Objectives
1. Identification of critical skills or topics that need reinforcement
2. Creating meaningful and measurable objectives for learning
3. Application of an A3 framework to develop ideas into functional and scalable exercises
4. Critical evaluation of output exercises to incorporate challenge, teamwork, competition and fun to maximize impact
