The 2026 AME Emerging Leaders took on the challenge of reimagining the AME Lean Sensei®, a self-assessment tool designed to help organizations identify improvement opportunities, understand gaps and plan their continuous improvement journey. Moving beyond the current Excel-based format, the team developed a web-based platform designed to make the Lean Sensei more accessible, intuitive and engaging for AME members.
