Overview
This topic could focus on why gains often fade after a successful project and what organizations can do to make new ways of working stick. Attendees could examine the role of standard work, leader standard work, visual controls, training, ownership, process confirmation, and daily accountability in sustaining results. The session could also explore how to plan for sustainment at the start of an improvement effort so the handoff to frontline teams is clear, practical, and supported by the management system.
