RegalRexnord: Tiered meeting approach to structured problem solving

Visual daily management and daily problem solving

October 27, 2026
|
8:50 a.m. - 11:15 a.m.
OVERVIEW

During the tour, participants will see how the facility has progressed from paper-based tracking of lagging indicators and manually maintained Pareto charts to an integrated digital environment. The new system provides visibility into productivity, quality, delivery and labor performance, helping teams move from reacting to problems to making proactive decisions and supporting continuous learning.

Participants will learn how digital dashboards support daily management, how real-time data strengthens visual management systems and how leaders use data-driven problem-solving to prioritize resources and achieve measurable results. The tour will also demonstrate how modern reporting tools support standardized work, tiered accountability and structured root-cause analysis while improving transparency throughout the facility.

Best practices showcased during the tour include:

1. Real-time performance dashboards that support daily accountability

2. Visual management and tier meetings enhanced by operational data

3. Structured problem-solving using Pareto analysis and root-cause methodologies

4. Standardized work supported by automated data collection

5. Leadership engagement through data-driven continuous improvement reviews

Together, these practices support faster issue resolution, stronger employee engagement and sustained short- and long-term improvement across the operation.
