Overview

Learn to balance the 3Ps:

  • People: The whys and hows of the business and the importance of company culture
  • Purpose: The link to external focus in the community, applying a give, not take, approach
  • Performance: How alignment tools (policy deployment, scorecards, 3-in-1) help to drive financial, cultural and people needs in a clear deployment that reinforces that everyone matters in the organization and what needs to be done to meet the organization’s goals and objectives.
