This lean leadership skills workshop fills the knowledge gap in how lean leaders strategize and coach teams to apply lean thinking and form value stream flows and lean production cells. With learnings from over 25 years of experience at applying lean in factories and knowledge work organizations, this session uses material from the Toyota Way to Lean Leadership. It will cover four of the eight lean leadership skills along with brief exercises. This training has been brought on site to hundreds of middle managers and coaches at the Sherwin Williams and Panduit corporations.
