The missing link to industry leading performance
Friday, Nov. 8 Location Code
8:00am-12:00pm Michigan 2, East Tower, Concourse Level FW/01
Highlights

Learn how best practice lean and TPM implementations incorporate people-centric leadership (PCL) to deliver superior performance. Understand the transitions that deliver this advanced mindset, know how to assess your organization's status on that journey and set out next steps to accelerate progress towards industry leading levels of performance through PCL.

Overview

Hear how leadership mindset is as important to success as the choice of improvement tools. Discover the benefits of PCL and how achieving this is an evolutionary process rather than a one hit program. Attendees will complete a short diagnostic to assess the current status of their organization leadership approach and how to transition to the next level. This session will cover the lean TPM process milestones using practical activities to stimulate learning and mindset transitions that facilitate PCL. Gain insights into lessons from lean and TPM cases and the PCL transitions, taming technology (taking control, releasing time to lead), workplace learning, focused improvement (year on year improvement), action planning, and much more.
