Michael Ray is the executive special agent in charge at the U.S. Postal Service Office of Inspector General. Ray leads a diverse portfolio of cybercrime, digital forensics, technical operations, investigative programs for mail theft, narcotics, workers’ compensation fraud, organized crime and various administrative support programs. Ray has worked with the U.S. Postal Inspection Service for 19 years, with his last leadership assignment responsible for the Cyber and National Security Programs. Ray holds an undergraduate degree from SUNY New Paltz in elementary education and a graduate degree in computer information systems from Pace University. He has several professional certifications, including Lean Six Sigma Black Belt, Certified Information Security Manager (CISM) and Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP).
