RISE (representation, inclusion, social impact, equity) is the framework for diversity and belonging developed at Gusto. It’s a holistic mission to ensure that no matter where you’re from, how you look or how you live, you feel empowered and accepted at Gusto. Do you wonder: What are some of your leader's strengths and challenges when talking about diversity? Where are they on their diversity journey? At Gusto, people and participants report feeling seen and a sense of belonging, and their uniqueness is celebrated. The sum of nearly a decade of learning, RISE is its commitment to building a company culture that it's proud of, which represents the world and businesses it serves.

Overview

Join us for a practitioner presentation on how to effectively implement Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DE&I) practices within your organization using Lean Six Sigma principles. In this session, we will explore a holistic approach to fostering a culture of inclusion and equality.

Learn about the RISE framework (Representation, Inclusion, Social Impact, Equity) and how to apply a similar framework in your organization. Diversity frameworks go beyond diversity quotas to create a truly inclusive environment where employees from all backgrounds feel empowered and accepted.
