Discussion of the Week

I am developing a leadership rotation program for our hourly associates. The intent is to build our leadership bench strength internally and create more robust business knowledge across several departments. Are there any companies who have had success with a similar program? Most of what I'm finding in my research is focused on salaried and higher level management. I'd love to hear best practices and incorporate into the program.
