Maximize your learning on select topics, including value stream transformation, technology, culture, leadership, visual management, kata and more with our pre-conference workshops. There is an additional fee for workshops, and advance registration is required. Workshop registration is currently available. Full- and half-day workshops will take place on Monday and content will not be available on-demand.
