Machines Italia is a multi-year integrated marketing program spearheaded by the Italian Trade Commission which is aimed at increasing awareness and consideration of Italian machinery across a broad spectrum of industries in the North American market.

The Italian Trade Commission (Italian Trade Agency or ITA), headquartered in Rome, is a government agency with a worldwide network of offices that promote trade, industrial and technological cooperation and spreads economic information on Italy.

The project represents 16 industries and over 10,000 companies that have joined forces with the Italian Trade Commission to embark on a comprehensive marketing and communication initiative.

WHY MACHINES ITALIA?

Italy is a key supplier to North American manufacturers. In 2019, North Americans bought €15 billion worth of industrial and capital goods from Italy, representing 26% of Italy’s total exports to North America.  The 16 Machines Italia sectors accounted for € 4 billion in 2019.

WHERE IS MACHINES ITALIA?

The three main offices are in Chicago, Mexico City and Toronto, coordinated by the main Headquarters in Rome, Italy and supported by the ITA offices across North America.
