Wednesday, Oct. 28 Location Code
12:30pm-2:00pm Virtual WT/04

With an increasingly global market and fierce competition, more organizations are turning to lean management to control costs and improve product quality throughout their organizations, including office workspaces. But many are facing a knowledge gap when it comes to applying lean principles initially conceived and honed for manufacturing and warehouses facilities to their corporate office environment.

The Raymond Corporation's Raymond Lean Management (RLM) system is based on the world-renowned Toyota Production System (TPS). This program has engaged and empowered its corporate employees to implement lean management concepts in their day-to-day work activities. During this tour, you'll participate in two daily meetings for groups that have been utilizing RLM to assist with their improvement journey. You'll learn how the team continues to eliminate barriers and hear the success stories.
