Pushp Arora, M.Eng, LSSMBB Pushp Arora is the founder & CEO of The Hoshin Academy, based in Toronto, Canada, where he helps executives and improvement practitioners implement world-class strategy execution through Hoshin Kanri. Since 2018, The Hoshin Academy has been working to empower organizations to align and execute strategies that drive transformative results. This work focuses on strategy deployment, operational excellence, and cultivating leadership to build high-performing, improvement-driven cultures. With over 25 years of professional experience across diverse industries, including manufacturing, technology, telecommunications, supply chain, and retail, Pushp brings a wealth of expertise in strategy, lean methodologies, and organizational transformation.

As a founding member of multiple lean consortiums in Manitoba and Ontario, he helped shape lean practices across Canadian industries for over a decade. Professional Credentials Pushp is a certified Lean Six Sigma Master Black Belt and Certified Life Coach. He holds a Master's Degree in Industrial Engineering (Production and Operations Research) and a Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical and Aerospace Engineering, both from the University of Manitoba (Canada). He has been trained in lean principles by the esteemed Shingijitsu Consultants (Japan). Pushp is also an accomplished speaker and presenter at international summits, sharing his insights on leadership, operational excellence, and transformative strategy execution.
