Overview

Dr. Bob Emiliani explains why the majority of CEO’s fail in creating a continuous improvement culture in their organization. The pattern is the same regardless of industry. Dr. Emiliani will explain the difference between traditional management and lean leadership, and your managements addiction to maintaining the status quo.

Dr. Emiliani first published his research findings in his 2018 book, "The Triumph of Classical Management Over Lean Management" – the first of six books on the topic - which solves a 100-year-old problem, and one that you most likely still struggle with today. During this webinar we’ll cover why lean and related transformative efforts struggle and usually fail. We’ll summarize the underlying forces that shape leadership culture, and give you valuable insights into understanding and overcoming obstacles to major change.
