Over two decades of experience driving business operations and business transformation has resulted in over $1 billion dollars of cost savings and generated revenue. He is known for his work in lean, Agile, problem solving, Six Sigma, strategy execution, Industry 4.0 / 5.0, reliability centered maintenance, change acceleration & commitment, enterprise business systems and operating models. Rob is the chairman of the board at Parkview Community Federal Credit Union. In addition, he is a maintenance training program steering committee member at Pittsburgh Institute of Aeronautics. Rob served in the United States Air Force where he functioned as a crew-chief (aircraft maintenance) assigned globally in high-pressure assignments.
A current C-level business transformation executive, Rob’s primary industry background centers on technology and servicebased environments. He has held positions within engineering, supply-chain, manufacturing, maintenance, quality, safety and
business operations/ operational excellence. He was instrumental with the design, development and implementation of new manufacturing lines and intelligent factory start-ups in both domestic and international environments within General Electric.
