What is an AME Consortium?

The AME Consortia Program is the next step in the evolution of implementing and sustaining lean and continuous improvement practices. An AME Consortium is a place where lean-minded leaders in all functions, in a local market, can gather together with peers in a safe environment that provides great value. An AME Consortium is a place to share, coach and network. Most importantly, participants can benchmark and assess their own progress. And, this program is facilitated by a world-class operations professional.

In support of the AME rollout of its new national Consortia Program, AME and the Optima support team will be hiring 10 to 15 facilitators in 2013 and 2014.
