Because of that, I want to take a moment to talk with you directly.
Like many organizations, we are aware that there are bad actors out there who try to take advantage of trusted communities like ours. Some of you may have received messages claiming to sell or share attendee lists for the AME St. Louis 2025 International Conference. Please know that these offers are not legitimate, and they do not come from AME. AME is not authorizing any bank wire transfers. If you receive an invoice with wiring instructions, please disregard it and notify us immediately.
If you receive any suspicious communications:
- Do not respond to the email or click on any links.
- Verify the request by contacting me directly at khumphrey@ame.org.
- Report the suspicious email to us so we can take appropriate action.
Your safety, security and privacy are not just policies for us. They are promises. We are taking every precaution to safeguard our communications. When you choose to join an AME event, including the AME International Conference, you are choosing a space where you can feel completely confident that your information, your participation and your contributions are protected. You are choosing a space where professionalism, respect and care are the foundation of every interaction.
